The invention relates to the technical field of ship body vibration isolation, in particular to a ship equipment base based on impedance homogenization and an optimization design method. The optimization design method comprises the following steps: determining a vibration reduction and isolation design base object according to a common base type of ship mechanical equipment; according to equipment information and excitation load characteristics, specific vibration reduction and isolation requirements of the base are determined; constructing a vibration reduction and isolation evaluation finite element model according to the arrangement and structural form of the equipment base, and evaluating the vibration reduction and isolation effect of the base by taking the impedance homogenization coefficient and the vibration level fall of the base as evaluation indexes; an equipment base improvement scheme is determined from the impedance homogenization angle, and base parameter optimization design is carried out; according to the determined impedance homogenization base parameters, an improved vibration reduction and isolation system model is established, and the optimized base vibration reduction and isolation effect is evaluated. The base vibration reduction and isolation design is developed from the impedance uniformization angle, the vibration reduction and isolation level and the low-frequency vibration isolation effect of a traditional base are improved, and the equipment operation stability is improved.

    本发明涉及船体隔振技术领域,具体涉及一种基于阻抗均匀化的船舶设备基座以及优化设计方法。该优化设计方法根据船舶机械设备常用基座类型,确定减隔振设计基座对象;根据设备信息及激励载荷特性,确定基座减隔振具体需求;根据设备基座布置与结构形式,构建减隔振评估有限元模型,以基座阻抗均匀化系数和振级落差为评价指标,对基座减隔振效果进行评估;并从阻抗均匀化角度,确定设备基座改进方案,进行基座参数优化设计;根据确定的阻抗均匀化基座参数,建立改进后的减隔振系统模型,评估优化后的基座减隔振效果。本发明从阻抗均匀化角度开展基座减隔振设计,提高了传统基座减隔振水平和低频隔振效果,提升了设备运行的稳定性。
