The invention relates to the field of quay cranes, in particular to an automatic quay crane, which comprises a connecting cross beam, the trolley comprises a frame and a lifting appliance; two light reflecting plates; the target detection system comprises a first servo rotating mechanism and a first laser positioning device and is used for acquiring a first deviation of the target container relative to a target standard position and calculating a second deviation of the lifting appliance relative to a lifting appliance standard position; the lifting appliance posture detection system is used for acquiring an image of the lifting appliance through the camera device so as to obtain the second deviation; and the automatic crane control system is used for adjusting the position of the lifting appliance according to the first deviation obtained by the target detection system, so that the second deviation of the target detection system or the lifting appliance posture detection system is matched with the first deviation. According to the automatic quay crane, the redundancy can be improved, and the operation efficiency is improved.

    本发明涉及岸桥领域,具体是一种自动化岸桥,所述自动化岸桥包括:联系横梁;小车,所述小车包括车架和吊具;两个反光板;目标检测系统,所述目标检测系统包括第一伺服转动机构和第一激光定位装置,以获取所述目标集装箱相对目标标准位的第一偏差,还计算出所述吊具相对吊具标准位的第二偏差;吊具姿态检测系统,通过所述相机装置采集所述吊具的图像,以获得所述第二偏差;起重机自动控制系统,所述起重机自动控制系统根据所述目标检测系统所获取的所述第一偏差,调整所述吊具的位置,以使得所述目标检测系统或所述吊具姿态检测系统的所述第二偏差与所述第一偏差相匹配。本发明的自动化岸桥,能够提高冗余度,且提高作业效率。
