The invention relates to the technical field of engineering machinery, in particular to a lifting appliance device for a transfer trolley, which comprises a lifting appliance body with telescopic length, the middle section of the top of the lifting appliance body is slidably connected with a sliding frame and is fixedly provided with a first driving mechanism for driving the sliding frame to slide along the transverse direction, and the top surface of the sliding frame is rotatably connected with a revolving platform; the top surface of the rotary platform is slidably provided with a connecting frame and fixedly provided with a second driving mechanism used for driving the connecting frame to slide in the longitudinal direction, and the connecting frame is used for being connected with a suspension arm of a transfer vehicle. The lateral force sensor, the first driving mechanism and the second driving mechanism are arranged, the first driving mechanism and the second driving mechanism are used for controlling the position of the connecting piece, and therefore when a structure connected with the bearing lifting appliance is subjected to deflection deformation under load, the second driving mechanism can adjust the position of the connecting frame in time, and the influence of deflection deformation of the lifting appliance body on the lifting piece is compensated; and accurate transfer is realized.

    本发明涉及工程机械技术领域,具体为一种用于转载车的吊具装置,包括长度可伸缩的吊具本体,吊具本体的顶部中段滑动连接有滑移架以及固定设置有用于驱动滑移架沿横向滑移的第一驱动机构,滑移架的顶面转动连接有回转平台,回转平台的顶面滑动设置有连接架以及固定设置有用于驱动连接架沿纵向滑移的第二驱动机构,连接架用于和转载车的吊臂相连。本发明中具有侧向力传感器和用于控制连接件位置的第一驱动机构和第二驱动机构,因此当连接承载吊具的结构受载发生挠度变形时,第二驱动机构会及时调整连接架的位置,从而补偿吊具本体因挠度变形对吊件产生的影响,实现精准转载。
