The invention relates to the field of ships, and particularly discloses an independent liquid tank anti-rolling device which comprises an independent liquid tank, an anti-rolling structure is arranged at the bottom of the independent liquid tank, the anti-rolling device comprises an adjusting structure, a pressure-bearing wood, an adjustable structure and a limiting structure, the adjusting structure is installed between the adjustable structure and the pressure-bearing wood, and the limiting structure is installed between the adjusting structure and the pressure-bearing wood. I-shaped steel clamping grooves are formed in the sides, close to the pressure-bearing wood, of the adjusting structures, and bolt connecting holes are formed in the positions, located on the inner sides of the adjusting structures, of the outer sides of the limiting structures. Bolts of the adjusting structure and the limiting structure can be selected to be connected with holes for limiting connection, so that the size of the whole device can be adjusted to cope with the conditions that the integral hoisting construction difficulty of the liquid tank is large, the construction precision requirement is high and the construction efficiency is difficult to guarantee, and the potential fire hazard caused by open fire operation such as cutting and welding can be avoided; and adjustment can also be performed after overall installation.
