The invention relates to the technical field of ship cables, and discloses a fairlead structure for ocean ships, which comprises a mounting seat, a mounting groove is formed in one side of the mounting seat, a bearing seat is fixedly mounted at the bottom of the mounting groove, and a fixing plate is fixedly mounted at the position, located on the outer side of a guide device, of the bottom of the mounting groove through the mounting seat. And the fixing plate is matched with the bearing device. When one end of the cable is subjected to large pulling force, the pulling force can act on the cable guide rotating seat and the shaft seat, so that the bearing device is subjected to circumferential torque, the stress spring is compressed under the action of the torque, and when the torque is larger, the compression deformation degree of the stress spring is higher; therefore, an operator can directly know the traction force received by the cable through the rotation angle of the bearing device, measures are taken to clamp the cable, the problem that the cable twisting car and the fair lead are damaged due to the fact that the traction force received by the cable is too large is solved, and the practicability of the device is improved.

    本发明涉及船舶缆绳技术领域,且公开了一种海洋船舶用导缆器结构,包括安装座,安装座的一侧开设有安装槽,且该安装槽的底部固定安装有轴承座,通过安装座安装槽的底部位于导向装置外侧的位置上固定安装有固定板,固定板与承载装置相配合。使得缆绳的一端受到较大的拉力时,该拉力会作用于导缆转座和轴座,从而使承载装置受到周向扭矩,受力弹簧在该扭矩的作用下发生压缩,并且当扭矩越大时,受力弹簧压缩得形变程度越高,从而使操作人员可以直接通过承载装置的转动角度来知晓缆绳所收到的牵引力,从而采取措施将缆绳卡死,从而避免缆绳受到的牵引力过大而导致绞缆车和导缆器受损的问题,提高了该装置的实用性。
