The steering mechanism and the motor are both connected with the control circuit board, the vehicle body is provided with a horizontal sensor connected with the control circuit board, and the control circuit board controls the steering mechanism through a signal of the horizontal sensor, so that the vehicle body is kept horizontal; after the magnetic attraction trolley travels for one circle, the electrified electromagnetic chuck passes through the upper portion of the magnetic marking block again, and the magnetic marking block can be attracted by the electromagnetic chuck. The movement track can be accurately closed through the magnetic pile mechanism and the horizontal sensor, height deviation generated in the walking process is prevented, and the device has the advantages of being simple in structure and accurate in measurement and can be widely applied to measurement of the perimeter of the inner wall of the metal storage tank.
