The invention relates to a pedal telescopic mechanism and an automobile telescopic pedal, and the pedal telescopic mechanism comprises a power assembly which comprises a base and a rotary output shaft which can be controlled to be rotatably connected to the base; the connecting rod assembly comprises a first connecting rod mechanism and a second connecting rod mechanism, the first connecting rod mechanism comprises a rotating end and a first telescopic end, and the rotating end is connected to the rotating output shaft. The second connecting rod mechanism comprises a driven end and a second telescopic end which are opposite and is in transmission connection with the rotating output shaft. And the bracket is used for mounting the pedal and is connected with the first telescopic end and the second telescopic end. According to the pedal telescopic mechanism, the mode that a traditional pedal telescopic mechanism is driven by a single connecting rod mechanism is avoided, and the reliability of the pedal telescopic mechanism is higher. The first connecting rod mechanism and the second connecting rod mechanism are driven by the same rotating output shaft as a power source, so that the telescopic movement of the first connecting rod mechanism and the second connecting rod mechanism is performed synchronously, and the pedal inclination caused by asynchronous telescopic movement of the first connecting rod mechanism and the second connecting rod mechanism is avoided.
