The invention provides an automobile battery pack quick-changing device which comprises a locking structure, the locking structure comprises a locking mounting seat, a lock cylinder and an elastic part, an arc-shaped locking groove is formed in the locking mounting seat, the lock cylinder is in a semi-cylinder shape, the surface of the lock cylinder is fixedly connected with a rocker arm, the lock cylinder and the locking groove are coaxial and rotationally connected, and the elastic part is fixedly connected with the rocker arm. One end of the elastic piece is connected with the rocker arm, and the other end is connected with the locking mounting seat. By using the locking structures, the two locking structures are installed on the battery pack and the vehicle body bottom plate correspondingly, when the battery pack is installed, a semi-cylindrical lock cylinder is extruded and rotates in the lifting process, a spring is lengthened at the same time till lock heads of the two locking structures are attached to a rib plate, and the spring is in the longest stretching state; under the tension of the spring, the lock cylinder rotates to lock the locking structure of the battery pack and the locking structure of the vehicle body bottom plate at the same time, the battery pack can be quickly assembled, and when the battery pack is unlocked, the rocker arm of the semi-cylindrical lock cylinder is pulled to the horizontal position by a manipulator, and the battery pack can be quickly disassembled.

    本发明提供了一种汽车电池包快换装置,包括锁止结构,其中,所述锁止结构包括锁止安装座、锁芯和弹性件,所述锁止安装座上开设有弧形的锁止槽,所述锁芯呈半圆柱体状且表面固定连接有摇臂,所述锁芯与锁止槽同轴并转动连接,所述弹性件一端与摇臂连接,另一端与锁止安装座连接。本发明通过使用锁止结构,使两个锁止结构安装分别安装在电池包和车身底板上,装电池包时半圆柱锁芯在举升过程中挤压旋转,同时拉长弹簧,直至两个锁止结构的锁头与筋板贴合,弹簧处于最长拉伸状态,在弹簧拉力下锁芯同时旋转锁紧电池包的锁止结构和车身底板的锁止结构,实现电池包快装,解锁电池包时,只需机械手扳动半圆柱锁芯的摇臂直到水平位置,实现电池包快拆。
