The invention provides a power module switching method, a control device and a charging pile. The power module switching method comprises the steps of obtaining required power when a vehicle is charged and output power of a first power module; determining a switching mode according to the required power and the output power of the first power module; if the mode is a module adding mode, connection between a second power module and the direct current bus is established, the output power of the first power module and the output power of the second power module are controlled, and if the first power module and the second power module meet a first preset condition, switching is completed; if the mode is a module deleting mode, the output power of a first sub-power module and a second sub-power module in the first power module is controlled, and if the second sub-power module meets a second preset condition, the connection between the second sub-power module and the direct-current bus is disconnected, and switching is completed. Through the method, the groove fluctuation phenomenon during switching of the power modules can be reduced, and the charging stability and safety are improved.

    本发明提供一种功率模组的切换方法、控制装置和充电桩,包括获取车辆充电时的需求功率以及第一功率模组的输出功率;根据需求功率和第一功率模组的输出功率,确定切换模式;若为增添模组模式,则建立第二功率模组与直流母线的连接,控制第一功率模组和第二功率模组的输出功率,如果第一功率模组和第二功率模组满足第一预设条件,则完成切换;若为删减模组模式,则控制第一功率模组内的第一子功率模组和第二子功率模组的输出功率,如果第二子功率模组满足第二预设条件,则断开第二子功率模组与直流母线的连接,完成切换。通过上述方法,能减少功率模组切换时的凹槽波动现象,增加充电稳定性和安全性。
