The invention provides an intelligent charging system and a charging method. A user side is used for sending a charging demand request instruction; the mobile charging module is used for charging to-be-charged equipment according to the charging demand request instruction, the mobile charging module comprises a robot and an electric storage vehicle, and the robot drives the electric storage vehicle to move to the to-be-charged equipment for charging or stopping charging; the charging equipment management platform is used for managing the mobile charging module in a specified area and transmitting a charging demand request instruction to the mobile charging module; the control module is used for receiving a charging demand request instruction, controlling the mobile charging module to move to a designated position, and monitoring and receiving charging and discharging information of the mobile charging module. According to the invention, the robot drives the electric storage vehicle to move to the to-be-charged equipment for charging or stopping charging, so that the electric storage vehicle can move to the vicinity of the to-be-charged equipment when charging is needed, and then the to-be-charged equipment is charged, so that unnecessary waste of the parking lot can be effectively reduced, and the charging efficiency is improved.

    本发明提供一种智能充电系统及充电方法,包括:用户端用于发送充电需求请求指令;移动充电模块用于根据充电需求请求指令为待充电设备充电,移动充电模块包括机器人和蓄电车,机器人带动蓄电车移动至待充电设备进行充电或终止充电;充电设备管理平台用于管理指定区域内的移动充电模块,并将充电需求请求指令传输至移动充电模块;控制模块用于接收充电需求请求指令,并控制移动充电模块移动至指定位置,同时监测接收移动充电模块的充放电信息。根据本发明通过机器人带动蓄电车移动至待充电设备进行充电或终止充电,使得可以在需要充电时蓄电车移动至待充电设备附近,然后对其充电,可以有效减缓停车场不必要的浪费,提高充电效率。
