The invention provides a power supply management apparatus and an abnormality determination method. The purpose of the present invention is to detect, with a simple technique, an abnormality relating to a process for contactless power supply between a vehicle and a power supply device. A power supply management device (91) is provided with: a communication unit (911) that receives power supply information relating to non-contact power supply from at least one of a vehicle (3) and a ground power supply device (2) when the non-contact power supply between the vehicle (3) and the ground power supply device (2) has ended; and a control device (913) that determines that an abnormality related to upload of the power supply information has occurred when the communication unit does not receive the power supply information for a predetermined period of time despite the provision of the non-contact power supply.

    本发明提供供电管理装置及异常判定方法。以简易的手法检测与为了车辆与供电装置之间的非接触供电而进行的处理相关的异常。供电管理装置(91)具备:通信部(911),在车辆(3)与地上供电装置(2)之间的非接触供电结束了时从车辆及地上供电装置中的至少一方接收与非接触供电相关的供电信息;及控制装置(913),在尽管预定了进行非接触供电但通信部在规定期间内未接收到供电信息的情况下,控制装置(913)判定为产生了与供电信息的上传相关的异常。
