The invention belongs to the technical field of electric vehicle control, and particularly relates to an electric vehicle collision safety control method and a control system. Collision generation signals are received through a vehicle control unit and a power domain controller, so that the power domain controller performs fault detection on an electric vehicle; whether the electric vehicle enters a power-off mode or not is judged according to the detection result; after the electric automobile is collided, the power domain controller analyzes the actual damage condition of the automobile according to a detection result to judge whether the electric automobile is powered off through the whole automobile controller, the battery management control unit and the high-voltage relay; the problems that when an existing vehicle collision safety control system confirms that a collision signal is effective, the actual damage condition after vehicle collision is not considered, and power is directly cut off are solved; the problems that a driver cannot make corresponding response according to different degrees of automobile collision, and the flexibility of handling the automobile collision event is lacked are solved.

    本发明属于电动汽车控制技术领域,特别涉及到一种电动汽车碰撞安全控制方法及控制系统,通过整车控制器和动力域控制器接收碰撞发生信号,使动力域控制器对电动汽车进行故障检测,并根据检测结果判断所述电动汽车是否进入断电模式;使所述电动汽车发生碰撞后,所述动力域控制器根据检测结果分析车辆的实际受损情况,来判断是否通过整车控制器、电池管理控制单元和高压继电器将电动汽车断电;解决了现有的车辆碰撞安全控制系统在确认碰撞信号有效时,未考虑车辆碰撞后的实际受损情况,直接断电;驾驶员无法根据汽车碰撞的不同程度来做出相应的应对,缺少对车辆碰撞事件处理的灵活性的问题。
