The invention discloses a hybrid power commercial vehicle cooling system and a control method, the hybrid power commercial vehicle cooling system comprises a first loop, a second loop, a third loop, a fourth loop, a fifth loop and a sixth loop, the first loop comprises a hybrid power engine, a first temperature sensor, a first water replenishing kettle, a cooling fan and a high-temperature radiator, and the second loop comprises an intercooler. The third loop comprises a hybrid tank oil heat exchanger, an all-in-one controller, a second water replenishing kettle, a first electronic water pump, a first temperature sensor and a low-temperature radiator, and the fourth loop comprises a second electronic water pump, a heating PTC, a power battery, a third temperature sensor, a first electronic on-off valve, a double-effect chiller and a third water replenishing kettle. The waste heat of the engine is combined with cooling of a cab battery system, the defects that most hybrid power commercial vehicle heat management systems on the market are not fine in control and low in contribution degree to energy conservation and emission reduction of vehicles are overcome, use is convenient, and the use efficiency is greatly improved.

    本发明公开了一种混合动力商用车冷却系统及控制方法,包括第一回路、第二回路、第三回路、第四回路、第五回路与第六回路,第一回路包括混动发动机、一号温度传感器、一号补水壶、散热风扇与高温散热器,第二回路包括中冷器,第三回路包括混动箱油换热器、多合一控制器、二号补水壶、一号电子水泵、一号温度传感器与低温散热器,第四回路包括二号电子水泵、加热PTC、动力电池、三号温度传感器、一号电子通断阀、双效chiller与三号补水壶,本发明通过利用发动机的余热与驾驶室电池系统的冷却结合,解决了市场上大部分混合动力商用车热管理系统控制不精细,对车辆节能减排贡献度较小的弊端,方便进行使用,大大增加了使用的效率。
