When the connection object of the fuse element (F1) is the FET (31), the microcomputer (4) instructs the FET (31) to switch off. Then, the microcomputer (4) determines whether or not the current flows through the FET (31). When the microcomputer (4) determines that the current flows through the FET (31), the microcomputer (4) switches the connection object of the fuse element (F1) to the FET (31, 32) and instructs the FET (32) to switch on.
