The invention discloses a comprehensive uninterruptible power operation load regulation and matching method based on an emergency power supply vehicle, and belongs to the field of power operation. Comprising the steps of decomposing a user side load, comprehensively measuring and calculating a user side load fluctuation form, summarizing user side load characteristics in different time periods, carrying out bidirectional matching between emergency power supply vehicle specifications and users, taking an optimal output interval of the emergency power supply vehicle as a target, calculating matching by utilizing a formula, and selecting an optimal emergency power supply vehicle. According to time characteristics of a general load, priority order determination, time-sharing access and full-time regulation and control are carried out, and source-load safe and dynamic matching is realized, so that a user-side load is just in an optimal output interval of an emergency power supply vehicle and the emergency power supply vehicle works in the optimal output interval when comprehensive non-power-cut operation is carried out; the power supply efficiency and safety are improved, and the power supply reliability is improved. The method is suitable for the comprehensive uninterrupted operation management field based on the emergency power supply vehicle.

    一种基于应急电源车的综合不停电作业负荷调控与匹配方法,属电力运行领域。包括将用户侧负荷进行分解,综合测算出用户侧负荷波动形态,分时段总结用户侧负荷特性,通过应急电源车规格与用户间进行双向匹配,以应急电源车最佳输出区间为目标,利用公式计算匹配、选择最佳的应急电源车。其按照一般性负荷的时间特性,确定优先级排序,分时接入、全时段调控,实现源‑荷的安全、动态匹配,从而保证进行综合不停电作业时,用户侧负荷恰好处于应急电源车最佳出力区间,应急电源车工作在最佳出力区间,提高了供电效率及安全性,提升了供电可靠性。适用于基于应急电源车的综合不停电作业管理领域。
