The invention discloses traction type elevator braking torque measuring equipment and method, the traction type elevator braking torque measuring equipment comprises a tension assembly and a lever assembly, and the tension assembly comprises a tension motor, a connecting rope and a tension sensor. The lever assembly comprises a brake wheel clamp movably connected with an elevator brake wheel and a rod piece. One end of the rod piece is in transmission connection with the brake wheel clamp. One end of the tension sensor is connected with the end, away from the brake wheel clamp, of the rod piece through a connecting rope, and the tension motor is movably connected with the elevator host spandrel girder. And the tension motor is connected with the other end of the tension sensor through another connecting rope. The elevator parameters and the length value of the rod piece are obtained, the tension output of the tension motor is increased, the maximum tension output value is recorded when the brake wheel rotates, and the brake torque is obtained. The device does not need to depend on elevator devices such as an original main board of an elevator, can be suitable for equipment of different manufacturers, has a reliable elevator braking force detection function and is wide in application range.

    本发明公开了一种曳引式电梯制动力矩测量设备及方法,包括拉力组件和杠杆组件,拉力组件包括拉力电机、连接绳和拉力传感器。杠杆组件包括与电梯制动轮活动连接的制动轮夹具和杆件。杆件的一端与制动轮夹具传动连接。拉力传感器的一端与杆件远离制动轮夹具的一端的端部之间通过一条连接绳相连,拉力电机与电梯主机承重梁活动连接。拉力电机与拉力传感器的另一端之间通过另一条连接绳相连。本发明获取电梯参数和杆件的长度值,增大拉力电机的拉力输出,在制动轮转动时记录拉力输出最大值,得到制动力矩。本发明无需依靠电梯原有的主板等电梯装置,可适用于不同厂家设备,具有可靠的电梯制动力检验功能的同时适用范围广。
