The cargo conveying system is arranged in a cargo hold of the unmanned aerial vehicle and used for loading air-drop containers in the cargo hold and driving the air-drop containers to be conveyed in the cargo hold. The cargo hold air-drop system is arranged above an air-drop cabin door of a cargo hold and used for supporting or unloading an air-drop container conveyed to the position above the air-drop cabin door through the cargo conveying system. The air-drop cabin door system is arranged at the bottom of the cargo hold, connected with an air-drop cabin door of the cargo hold and used for driving the air-drop cabin door to be opened and closed. The system controller is connected with the cargo conveying system, the cargo hold air-drop system and the air-drop cabin door system and used for driving control over the cargo conveying system, the cargo hold air-drop system and the air-drop cabin door system. According to the unmanned aerial vehicle air transportation and air drop system, the moving and air drop requirements of the multiple air drop containers in the unmanned aerial vehicle cargo hold are met, and the unmanned aerial vehicle air transportation and air drop efficiency is improved.
