The invention relates to an overwater photovoltaic box transformer substation platform and a maintenance method thereof, the overwater photovoltaic box transformer substation platform comprises a platform buoyancy tank and a platform surface, the platform buoyancy tank comprises a sealing shell, a buoyancy tank cover and a foam material filled in the shell, and the platform surface comprises a platform surface frame composed of an upper layer frame structure and a lower layer frame structure. The lower-layer frame structure is mounted above the platform buoyancy tank, and the upper-layer frame structure is used for mounting the box transformer substation. All material components forming the box transformer substation platform can be processed in a land factory and assembled on site, complex construction such as underwater piling and in-situ concrete pouring is omitted, and the box transformer substation platform has no special requirements for underwater soil texture, so that the box transformer substation platform is suitable for being installed in various water areas. And the platform maintenance adopts a method that two groups of auxiliary buoyancy tanks cooperate with a non-replaceable platform buoyancy tank to replace a damaged platform buoyancy tank in time, so that the safe operation of the whole box transformer substation platform in the service life period can be effectively ensured.

    一种水上光伏箱变平台及其维护方法,包括平台浮箱和平台台面,其中,平台浮箱包括密封壳体、浮箱盖和填充在所述壳体内的泡沫材料,平台台面包括由上层框架结构和下层框架结构组成的平台台面框架,所述下层框架结构安装在所述平台浮箱上方,所述上层框架结构用以安装所述箱变。组成箱变平台的所有材料部件均可在陆地工厂加工、现场组装,免去了水底打桩和现场浇筑混凝土等复杂施工,对水底土质也无特殊要求,故适合在各种水域进行安装。平台维护采用两组辅助浮箱协同非更换的平台浮箱及时将已损坏的平台浮箱予以更换的方法,可以有效保证整个箱变平台使用寿命期内的安全运行。
