The invention relates to an electric vehicle network architecture system and a vehicle with the same, the electric vehicle network architecture system comprises CAN1, CAN2, CAN3 and CAN4 network segments, each network segment is connected through a gateway, the CAN1 network segment is connected with a battery management unit, a vehicle-mounted charger, a motor control unit, an engine control unit and an AC/DC converter unit, the CAN2 network segment is connected with a transmission, and the transmission is connected with a vehicle-mounted charger. The CAN3 network segment is connected with a brake system control unit and a suspension control unit, the CAN4 network segment is connected with an air-conditioning system control unit and a vehicle body control unit, the whole vehicle control unit and the transmission control unit interact with each other and are simultaneously connected to the CAN1 network segment and the CAN2 network segment, and the whole vehicle control unit interacts with the control unit connected with the CAN1 network segment and the transmission connected with the CAN2 network segment. The whole vehicle control unit further interacts with the control unit connected with the CAN3 network segment and the CAN4 network segment through a gateway, the whole vehicle control unit and the transmission control unit are connected to the CNA1 network segment and the CAN2 network segment in a bridging mode at the same time, and the load of a CAN bus is reduced by shunting signals.
