According to the new energy commercial vehicle slow charging system and the slow charging method thereof, European and American standard charging can be achieved by combining an existing national standard charging basic framework and only adding OBC control logic, joint progress with domestic technologies can be achieved, the influence of OBC change on the whole vehicle framework is reduced, and product development universalization is achieved.
本发明公开了一种新能源商用车慢充系统及其慢充电方法,该系统包括:车载充电机、整车控制器、电池管理系统、多合一控制盒、转换控制器和欧美标充电桩,整车控制器、电池管理系统、车载充电机和多合一控制盒连接到整车EVCAN网络;电池管理系统通过国标充电CAN网络与转换控制器通讯交互;转换控制器通过CP载波信号与欧美标充电桩交互;欧美标充电桩的欧美标充电枪与车载充电机连接,车载充电机还与多合一控制盒连接。本发明提供的新能源商用车慢充系统及其慢充电方法,结合现有国标充电基础框架,仅增加OBC控制逻辑,即可实现欧美标充电,可实现与国内技术共同进步,减少变动OBC对整车框架的影响,实现产品开发通用化。
