The invention discloses a circular-truncated-cone-shaped magnetic coupling mechanism for AGV wireless charging, and the mechanism comprises a transmitting end which is disposed on the ground and comprises a transmitting coil and a transmitting magnetic core, and the transmitting coil is of a three-dimensional structure and is in a circular truncated cone shape; the receiving end is placed on a chassis of the AGV and comprises a receiving coil and a receiving magnetic core, and the receiving coil adopts a two-dimensional plane structure; wherein the outer radius of the transmitting coil is larger than that of the receiving coil. The transmitting coil is designed to be of a three-dimensional structure, the equivalent distance between the transmitting coil and the receiving coil is reduced when the transmitting coil is placed on the ground, the coupling coefficient is increased, and therefore the electric energy transmission efficiency is improved. The method can be widely applied to the technical field of wireless power transmission.

    本发明公开了一种用于AGV无线充电的圆台型磁耦合机构,包括:发射端,放置在地面上,包括发射线圈和发射磁芯,所述发射线圈采用三维立体结构,呈圆台状;接收端,放置在AGV的底盘上,包括接收线圈和接收磁芯,所述接收线圈采用二维平面结构;其中,发射线圈的外半径大于接收线圈的外半径。本发明将发射线圈设计为三维结构,在发射线圈放置于地面时减小了发射线圈与接收线圈间的等效距离,使得耦合系数增大,从而增大电能传输效率。本发明可广泛应用于无线电能传输技术领域。
