The invention provides an intelligent double-electric-motor system for an intelligent electric vehicle. The intelligent double-electric-motor system comprises a double-stator intelligent motor, a main transmission shaft rotating speed sensor, an auxiliary transmission shaft rotating speed sensor, a gear transmission mechanism, a main transmission shaft, an auxiliary transmission shaft and an intelligent control system. Wherein the double-stator intelligent motor comprises a first electric system and a second electric system; wherein one electric system is a preferential power source, and the other electric system is a backup power source; when the real-time rotating speed of the main transmission shaft exceeds the rated rotating speed of the first electric system and the rotating speed difference value is smaller than the rated interval, the second electric system automatically executes power-assisted compensation at the moment, and when the rotating speed difference value is larger than the rated interval, the second electric system automatically executes kinetic energy recovery at the moment. The real-time rotating speed of the main transmission shaft is always within an ideal value; compared with the prior art, due to the fact that the design of the double-power system is adopted, the situation that the power system is out of control is effectively avoided, and possibility is provided for unmanned driving under limited conditions; meanwhile, the kinetic energy recovery system greatly improves the cruising ability and prolongs the service life of the battery; according to the intelligent double-electric-motor system, the fault tolerance of a power system is effectively improved, the cost is further reduced, and intelligent electric vehicles with medium and low prices become possible.

    本发明专利所提供的一种用于智能电动车的智能双电动系统,包括:双定子智能电机、主传动轴转速传感器、从传动轴转速传感器、齿轮传动机构、主传动轴、从传动轴以及智能控制系统;其中双定子智能电机包含有第一电动系统、第二电动系统;其中一个电动系统为优先动力源,另一个电动系统为备份动力源;其中当主传动轴实时转速超过第一电动系统的额定转速,且当转速差值小于额定区间时,此时由第二电动系统自动执行助力补偿,当转速差值大于额定区间时,此时则由第二电动系统自动执行动能回收;并且使主传动轴实时转速始终在理想值内;相对于现有技术而言,由于采用了双动力系统的设计,有效避免了动力系统失控的发生,为有限条件下的无人驾驶提供了可能;同时动能回收系统大大地提升了续航能力,延长了电池寿命;这种智能双电动系统有效提升了动力系统的容错度,进一步降低了成本,使中低价位的智能电动车成为可能。
