The invention discloses a method and a system for axle weight weighing and axle type identification in a flat plate type dynamic weighing system, and the method comprises the following steps: the flat plate type dynamic weighing system is used to obtain vehicle passing sensing data of a motor vehicle, and the vehicle passing sensing data at least comprise first vehicle passing sensing data and second vehicle passing sensing data; calculating axle weight weighing data of the motor vehicle according to the vehicle passing sensing data; calculating axle type identification data of the motor vehicle according to the vehicle passing sensing data; and outputting the axle weight weighing data and the axle type identification data. According to the method, an algorithm mode of sorting, removing extreme values and averaging is adopted, so that the weighing data precision of the axial quantity is high; a mode of converting multi-axis weighing of the motor vehicle into total weight by using a flat plate type sensor is adopted, so that the measurable range is wide; the flat plate type sensor is used for data acquisition, so that the road daily loss has little influence on the weighing system; meanwhile, axle type comparison of the motor vehicle is carried out in combination with wave crest image recognition, and the recognized axle type data is high in precision.

    一种平板式动态称重系统中轴重称量和轴型识别的方法及系统,所述方法包括以下步骤:使用平板式动态称重系统获取机动车的过车传感数据,所述过车传感数据至少包括第一过车传感数据和第二过车传感数据;根据所述过车传感数据计算所述机动车的轴重称量数据;根据所述过车传感数据计算所述机动车的轴型识别数据;将所述轴重称量数据和所述轴型识别数据输出。本发明采用排序去极值取平均的算法模式,轴量的称重数据精度高;使用平板式传感器对机动车进行多轴称量换算总重的模式,可测范围广;由平板式传感器进行数据采集,道路日常损耗对称重系统影响少;同时,本发明结合波峰图像识别进行机动车的轴型比对,识别的轴型数据精度高。
