The invention relates to a cold start system for a methanol engine, a control method, a control system and a vehicle, and aims to solve the technical problems that the hardware of the vehicle is increased and the design cost is high due to the fact that a heating auxiliary system needs to be arranged for cold start of a methanol hybrid vehicle at present. The system comprises a first circulating flow path arranged among the driving motor, the electronic thermostat and the methanol engine, and a second circulating flow path arranged among the driving motor, the electronic thermostat, the radiator and the methanol engine. The method comprises the steps that 1, a driving motor is started, and if T1 is smaller than T0, the step S2 is executed; if T1 is greater than or equal to T0, entering step S3; 2, the temperature of the methanol engine reaches T2 through the first circulating flow path, and T2 is larger than or equal to T0; 3, performing a methanol engine cold start program, and if the program succeeds, ending; and if the methanol engine is not successfully and continuously operated in the pure electric mode for the time interval t1, cold starting is conducted again till the methanol engine is successfully started.

    本发明涉及一种用于甲醇发动机的冷启动系统、控制方法、控制系统及车辆,以解决目前甲醇混动车辆冷启动需要设置加热的辅助系统导致车辆硬件增加、设计成本高的技术问题。该系统包括设置在驱动电机、电子节温器、甲醇发动机之间的第一循环流路,及驱动电机、电子节温器、散热器、甲醇发动机之间的第二循环流路。该方法包括:1、启动驱动电机,若T1<T0,进入步骤S2;若T1≥T0,进入步骤S3;2、通过第一循环流路使甲醇发动机的温度达到T2,且T2≥T0;3、进行甲醇发动机冷启动程序,若成功则结束;若未成功继续在纯电模式下运行t1时间间隔,再次进行冷启动,直至甲醇发动机启动成功。
