The embodiment of the invention provides an electric lifting mechanism capable of being manually operated in emergency. The electric lifting mechanism comprises a base and a lifting assembly. The lifting assembly comprises a lifting bottom plate assembly, a lead screw assembly, a fork arm assembly and a lifting tabletop. The base is used for connecting a hull base; the lifting assembly is connected with the base through a lifting bottom plate assembly at the bottom end. A lifting platform surface at the top end of the lifting assembly is used for mounting a console and a manual operator; the base comprises a bottom plate, a three-stage heavy-load drawer sliding rail, a first positioning column assembly, a limiting block and a positioning pin; the three-level heavy-load drawer sliding rails are installed on the two sides of the bottom plate and used for integrally pushing and pulling the lifting assembly. The limiting block is installed at the tail end of the three-stage heavy-load drawer sliding rail and used for limiting the lifting assembly to be pushed into the limiting position. The first positioning column assemblies are installed on the two sides of the bottom plate and used for limiting and buffering in the descending process of the lifting assembly. The positioning pin is installed at the front end of the three-level heavy-load drawer sliding rail, and the base and the lifting assembly can be fixed into a whole.
