The H-shaped aircraft with the canards comprises a fuselage, wings, the canards and a cabin door, the wings are arranged on the two sides of the fuselage respectively, a pair of horizontal canards is arranged on the two sides of the front portion of the fuselage, and the H-shaped aircraft further comprises four rotor wing modules. The H-shaped layout is formed through the four rotor wing modules, the four rotor wing modules provide power during takeoff, the generated power is controlled to vertically take off, a runway is not needed, and the environmental limitation is low. The control system adjusts the rotating speed power of each motor to realize the conversion of the flight attitude after being in the air, the fuselage is gradually tilted until the wings, namely the fixed wings, are in a level flight state, tilting mechanisms do not need to be mounted on the rotor modules, the structure is simple, the reliability is high, and the safety is good.

    一种具有鸭翼的H构型飞行器,包括机身、机翼、鸭翼和舱门,机身的两侧分别设置有一个机翼,前部的两侧设置有一对水平鸭翼,还包括四组旋翼模组。在机身一侧机翼的上侧和下侧分别对称设置2件旋翼模组,在机身另一侧机翼的上侧和下侧分别对称设置2件旋翼模组,以此形成H构型的机身布局。本发明通过四个旋翼模组形成H型布局,起飞时四个旋翼模组提供动力,控制产生的动力垂直起飞,无需跑道,环境限制低。凌空后控制系统调整各个电机的转速功率来实现飞行姿态的转换,逐渐倾转机身直至达到机翼即固定翼的平飞状态,旋翼模组上无需安装倾转机构,结构简单,可靠性高,安全性好。
