    本发明公开一种具备缓震结构的折叠型无人机,其特征在于,包括:第一框架,其一侧活动交接有第二框架,所述第二框架活动交接在第一框架上,在所述第一框架和第一框架上均对称套设插接有摆动杆,在所述摆动杆端部设有桨叶,在所述第一框架上设有摄像头;多个支撑部,其分别设置在第一框架和第二框架上,用于支撑第一框架和第二框架;缓震机构,其分别连接在第一框架和第二框架上,用于支撑部接触地面时对第一框架和第二框架进行缓震,对比现有技术,提高无人机的减震效果,且结构简单复杂的减少无人机的负重,同事能自动的将无人机的机体和桨叶处折叠,减少无人机的占用面积,方便携带。
