The invention discloses a novel cooling water system suitable for cooling a marine main engine. The novel cooling water system comprises an expansion water tank, a sea chest, a main cooling sea water pump, a central cooling fresh water pump, a three-way valve, a central cooling plate cooler, the main engine, an EGR cooler, a butterfly valve, other equipment, a temperature sensor and a main cooling sea water pump frequency converter. The system is mainly characterized in that a shipyard adopts a central cooling water system, a pump and a cooler supply water to each device, and the design temperature is 36 DEG C. Water is supplied to the main machine air cooler from the cold side of the central cooler by manually adjusting the butterfly valve, the requirement of a novel main machine is met, and meanwhile cooling of other devices is not affected.

    本发明公开了一种适用于船舶主机冷却的新型冷却水系统,包括膨胀水箱、海底门、主冷却海水泵、中央冷却淡水泵、三通阀、中央冷却板冷、主机及EGR冷却器、蝶阀、其他设备、温度传感器和主冷却海水泵变频器。本发明的主要特征是船厂采用中央冷却水系统,由一个泵,冷却器向各设备供水,但设计温度为36℃。主机空冷器的供水通过手动调节蝶阀从中央冷却器的冷侧供水,满足了新型主机的要求,同时不影响其他设备的冷却。
