本发明公开了力矩及速度传感装置及电动自行车,其中力矩及速度传感装置包括中轴、连接件、变形件、安装架、信号处理线路板、速度感应器、永磁体和力矩感应器,中轴转动设置于五通管内,中轴的外壁设置有感应齿部,连接件套设于中轴的外周,速度感应器安装于信号处理线路板,并与感应齿部相对设置,相对现有的力矩及速度传感器,该力矩及速度传感装置通过在中轴设置感应齿部,一方面齿的加工更简单,降低加工的难度,另一方面齿数密度能够设置更高,从而有利于提高速度感应器的感应精度,同时由于永磁体安装于安装架上而远离变形件,能够减少永磁体对变形件的磁化影响,减少对力矩感应器的干扰,从而有利于提高力矩感应器的感应精度。
