The invention discloses an isostatic pressing magnetorheological fluid curved surface adsorption device and a mobile robot. The isostatic pressing magnetorheological fluid curved surface adsorption device comprises a frame, and a magnetorheological fluid curved surface adsorption device, a four-wheel independent driving system, a walking system and a control system which are connected with the frame, according to the magnetorheological fluid curved surface adsorption device, through magnetorheological fluid injected into a magnetic core of a flexible cavity, dot matrix contact is formed between the flexible cavity and the curved surface wall surface of a to-be-operated piece under the isostatic pressing effect, stable magnetic adsorption force is generated, and the mobile robot is adsorbed to the wall surface of the to-be-operated piece; the control system is connected with the four-wheel independent drive system, and the control system and the four-wheel independent drive system are matched to drive the walking system to make contact with a to-be-operated piece and walk on the to-be-operated piece. The robot has the advantages of being high in three-dimensional curved surface adsorption adaptability and flexible in steering, and can be widely applied to curved wall surface crawling places of any shape.

    本发明公开了一种等静压磁流变液曲面吸附装置及移动机器人,包括车架,以及与所述车架相连的磁流变液曲面吸附装置、四轮独立驱动系统、行走系统和控制系统;所述磁流变液曲面吸附装置通过注入到柔性型腔磁芯内的磁流变液,在等静压作用下柔性型腔与待作业件的曲面壁面之间形成点阵接触,并产生稳定的磁吸附力,将移动机器人吸附在待作业件的壁面上;所述控制系统与所述四轮独立驱动系统相连,二者配合驱动所述行走系统与待作业件接触,且在待作业件上行走。本发明具备三维曲面吸附自适应性强、转向灵活的优势,能够广泛应用于任意形状的曲面壁面爬行场所。
