The invention provides a parking controller based on double MCUs. The parking controller comprises a first MCU, a second MCU, a first relay, a second relay, a third relay, a fourth relay and motors on the two sides. The first end of the first MCU is connected with a first power supply; the first end of the second MCU is connected with a second power supply; the second end of the first MCU is connected with the first ends of the plurality of first relays and the first ends of the plurality of second relays; the second end of the second MCU is connected with the first ends of a plurality of third relays and the first ends of a plurality of fourth relays; second ends of the first and third relays are connected with a first side motor; second ends of the second and fourth relays are connected with a second side motor. Compared with the prior art, when one MCU fails, the other MCU can control the two motors at the same time, 100% slope holding capacity is guaranteed, and the automatic driving requirement of a higher level is met.
