The invention discloses a synchronizer-free clutch-free hybrid power transmission and a control method. The hybrid power transmission comprises an engine, a motor, a transmission mechanism, a main speed reducer and a differential mechanism assembly. The transmission mechanism comprises an engine input shaft, a gear connected with the engine input shaft in a sleeved mode, a gear shifting sliding sleeve and a fixed gear ring. The gear, the gear shifting sliding sleeve and the fixed gear ring are connected with the motor input shaft in a sleeved mode. The gear, the gear shifting sliding sleeve and the fixed gear ring are connected with the power output shaft in a sleeved mode. According to the hybrid power transmission, a clutch and a synchronizer are removed, the structure of the transmission is simplified, and the production and maintenance cost is reduced. In the gear shifting process, gear shifting impact is reduced through active synchronous speed regulation of the motor, and comfort is improved. Different gears and working modes are formed by controlling the position change and combination of the sliding sleeve, so that the fuel economy and the dynamic property of the vehicle are effectively improved.

    本发明公开一种无同步器无离合器混合动力变速器及控制方法,所述混合动力变速器包括发动机、电动机、传动机构、主减速器及差速器总成。所述传动机构包括发动机输入轴、与所述发动机输入轴套接的齿轮、换挡滑套、固定齿圈;电动机输入轴、与所述电动机输入轴套接的齿轮、换挡滑套、固定齿圈;动力输出轴、与所述动力输出轴套接的齿轮、换挡滑套及固定齿圈。本发明公开的混合动力变速器去除了离合器和同步器,简化了变速器的结构,降低了生产和维修成本。换挡过程通过电机主动同步调速来降低换挡冲击,提高舒适性。通过控制滑套位置的变换和组合形成不同的档位和工作模式,从而有效提高车辆的燃油经济型和动力性。
