Various systems and methods for predicting, detecting, or mitigating motion sickness of one or more occupants of a vehicle are disclosed. Further, systems and methods for measuring aspects of head movement and characteristics of at least one eye of an occupant of a vehicle and using this information to mitigate motion sickness are disclosed.
