The invention relates to the technical field of traction machines, in particular to a novel double-support efficient safety type traction machine which is used for solving the problems that when an existing traction machine works, large vibration can be generated to impact a mounting base and a traction machine body, a common mounting base cannot well buffer the vibration, and the traction machine body is damaged. The technical problems that due to the fact that the traction machine is used for a long time, a mounting base and a traction machine body can be damaged, normal work of the traction machine body cannot be guaranteed, and the service life of the traction machine body is shortened are solved. The traction machine body is composed of a mounting bearing system, a safety braking system, a gear set speed changing system and a permanent magnet motor transmission driving system. Compared with the prior art, vibration generated by the traction machine can be well buffered and damped, normal work of the traction machine body can be guaranteed, and the service life of the traction machine body is prolonged.

    本发明涉及曳引机技术领域,具体涉及新型双支撑高效安全型曳引机,本发明用于解决现有的曳引机在工作时会产生较大震动对安装座和曳引机本体造成冲击,一般的安装座不能对震动进行良好的缓冲,随着曳引机长时间的使用会对安装座和曳引机本体造成损坏,无法保证曳引机本体的正常工作,降低了曳引机本体的使用寿命的技术问题,包括曳引机本体和减震安装结构,曳引机本体由挂载承重系统、安全制动系统、齿轮组变速系统和永磁电机传动驱动系统组成;本发明与现有技术相比,能够对曳引机产生的震动进行良好的缓冲减震,能够保证曳引机本体的正常工作,提高了曳引机本体的使用寿命。
