According to the anti-disengaging device and method for the steel wire rope reel, deformation of a reel shaft caused by excessive stress of the reel is detected through displacement of a suspended arc-shaped piece close to the reel shaft, the arc-shaped piece is suspended through a marble structure, and the displacement of the arc-shaped piece is indirectly detected through pressure change detected by a pressure sensor due to displacement of a marble; furthermore, a first motor excited by a pressure sensor is linked with a nut to move and abut against the out-of-level position of the displaced arc-shaped piece, and the arc-shaped piece stops after being blocked and is indicated by a deformation pointer. Furthermore, a second motor excited by a pressure sensor is linked with a supporting arm to rotate and then support a shaft sleeve, so that the drum shaft is prevented from being excessively stressed and the drum is prevented from falling off in a short time. According to the anti-falling device and the anti-falling method, the structure is simple, use is convenient, automatic detection is achieved, displaying and reminding are achieved in a physical and electronic mode, the working state of the winding drum can be effectively detected, falling of the winding drum is prevented, and the anti-falling device and the anti-falling method have high practicability and wide applicability.

    一种钢丝绳卷筒的防脱装置及防脱方法,通过悬置的、与卷筒轴贴近的弧形片的位移检测因卷筒过度受力而导致卷筒轴发生的形变,通过弹珠结构悬置弧形片,并通过弹珠的位移而致压力传感器检测的受压变化间接的检测弧形片的位移;并进一步通过受压力传感器激发的第一电机联动螺母移动并抵接位移后的弧形片的不水平处,受阻后即停止,以形变指针指示。再进一步通过受压力传感器激发的第二电机联动支撑臂转动后支撑轴套,以防止卷筒轴过度受力并于短期内导致卷筒脱落。本发明的防脱装置及防脱方法,其结构简单,使用方便,自动检测并通过物理、电子的方式显示、提醒,可有效检测卷筒的工作状态,并防止卷筒的脱落,具有很强的实用性和广泛的适用性。
