The invention provides a disassembling and hoisting method for a converter vaporization flue. The disassembling and hoisting method comprises the following steps: determining the number of vaporization flue sections; determining the layer number of the structure where the joint is located; determining the weight of a vaporization flue section; selecting a corresponding winch and a pulley block according to the weight; arranging a winch and a pulley block on the layer of the joint; a winch and a pulley block are arranged on the furnace front platform; the bottom-section flue is connected with a winch and a pulley block of the layer; a winch and a pulley block at the furnace front platform are connected with the bottom of the bottom section flue; lowering to a furnace front platform; hoisting away from the furnace; connecting a joint of the current bottom-end vaporization flue section with a winch and a pulley block; the bottom of the vaporization flue section at the current bottom end is connected with a winch and a pulley block; and lowering to the initial position of the bottom section flue. According to the disassembling and hoisting method for the vaporization flue of the converter, operation can be carried out in a narrow space of the vaporization flue on the upper side of the converter, destructive cutting is not needed, normal production of other converters cannot be interfered, and the operation cost is saved.

    本发明提供一种转炉汽化烟道的拆卸吊装方法,包括步骤:确定汽化烟道段个数;确定接头所在结构的层数;确定汽化烟道段重量;根据重量选择对应卷扬机与滑轮组;在接头所在层数布置卷扬机和滑轮组;在炉前平台上布置卷扬机与滑轮组;将底段烟道连接所在层数的卷扬机与滑轮组;将炉前平台处的卷扬机与滑轮组连接底段烟道的底部;下放至炉前平台;吊离炉前;将当前底端汽化烟道段的接头连接卷扬机与滑轮组;将当前底端的汽化烟道段的底部连接卷扬机与滑轮组;下放至底段烟道初始位置。本发明的一种转炉汽化烟道的拆卸吊装方法,可在转炉上侧汽化烟道的狭小空间内进行操作,无需破坏式切割,可做到不干涉其他转炉正常生产,节省操作成本。
