An unbalance loading sensor is arranged on the winch, and displacement sensors are arranged at the upper ends of the two hoisting frames; the lifting frame comprises a four-cylinder synchronous hydraulic jacking device, the lower portion of the four-cylinder synchronous hydraulic jacking device is perpendicularly fixed to the walking mechanism, the upper portion of the four-cylinder synchronous hydraulic jacking device is perpendicularly fixed to the cross beam, a pressure sensor is arranged at the lower end of the four-cylinder synchronous hydraulic jacking device, the control module comprises a plurality of PLCs, and the PLCs are in wireless communication. According to the invention, the four-cylinder synchronous hydraulic jacking device is arranged to share the force applied by the winch at the initial time, and the two cross beams are positioned at different heights to realize flexible inclined hoisting, so that the hoisting safety is improved.

    本发明涉及一种隧道掘进机拆装装置安全起吊控制系统,包括两个起吊模块,起吊模块包括行走机构和行走轨道,卷扬机设置偏转吊钩,卷扬机通过偏转吊钩与钢丝绳固定,偏转吊钩设置有倾角传感器和拉力传感器,卷扬机上设置有偏载传感器,两个起吊架的上端设置位移传感器;起吊架包括4缸同步液压顶升装置,4缸同步液压顶升装置的下部与行走机构垂直固定,4缸同步液压顶升装置的上部与横梁垂直固定,4缸同步液压顶升装置的下端设置压力传感器,控制模块包括多个PLC控制器,多个PLC控制器之间无线通信。本发明设置4缸同步液压顶升装置在初始时分担卷扬机施力,并将两个横梁处于不同高度实现柔性倾斜起吊,从而提高了起吊的安全性。
