The invention aims to solve the problem of swinging of a lifting appliance, and discloses an anti-swing lifting appliance for mechanical and electrical integration, which comprises a moving plate, a guide rail is arranged in the moving plate, a sliding plate is arranged below the moving plate, guide rods are symmetrically arranged between the sliding plate and the moving plate, and first spiral springs are connected between the sliding plate and the lower ends of the guide rods. First motors are symmetrically installed in the sliding plate, first rotating discs are installed in the middles of the first motors, pull rods are wound around the first rotating discs, hinge buckles are evenly installed between the pull rods, connecting plates are installed at the lower ends of the pull rods, connecting rings are installed between the connecting plates and the pull rods, and hooks are fixedly installed on the inner side faces of the connecting plates. A hydraulic cylinder is fixedly installed in the middle of the lower surface of the sliding plate, and a piston rod is installed on the lower side of the hydraulic cylinder. The sliding pipe is reasonably controlled through the hydraulic cylinder, swinging of the pull rod can be controlled through sliding of the sliding pipe outside the pull rod, swinging of the pull rod can be greatly reduced, and operators are protected.

    本发明的目的是为了解决吊具的摆动问题,公开了一种用于机电一体化的防摆型吊具,包括移动板,所述移动板内装有导轨,所述移动板下方设置有滑板,所述滑板与移动板之间对称装有导杆,所述滑板与导杆下端之间连接有第一螺旋弹簧,所述滑板内部对称安装有第一电机,所述第一电机中部安装有第一转盘,所述第一转盘上缠绕有拉杆,所述拉杆之间均匀装有铰接扣,所述拉杆下端装有连接板,所述连接板与拉杆之间装有连接环,所述连接板内侧面固定装有挂钩,所述滑板下表面中部固定安装有液压缸,所述液压缸下侧装有活塞杆。本发明合理通过液压缸对滑管的控制,可以使用滑管在拉杆外的滑动来控制拉杆的摆动,可以极大减小拉杆的摆动,对操作人员进行保护。
