The invention relates to the technical field of bridge construction, in particular to a flexible lifting appliance for lifting a reinforcing steel bar component and a lifting method. The suspension beam is fixedly connected with the tower crane movable pulley block; the upper ends of the four groups of hydraulic position adjusting structures are respectively fixed at four corners of the suspension beam; the rotary supporting cross beam is connected with the lower ends of the four groups of hydraulic positioning structures; the rotary structure is mounted on the rotary supporting cross beam; the middle of the rotary cross beam is connected to the rotary structure; the supporting hanging frame is fixedly connected to the lower end face of the rotary cross beam, and a plurality of position-adjustable hanging points are arranged on the supporting hanging frame. The upper ends of the sling structures are connected with the lifting points, and the lower ends of the sling structures are used for being connected with steel bar components. And the hydraulic balance structure is arranged on the sling structure. The lifting appliance is extremely high in lifting precision, the situation that due to the fact that the number of lifting points is large, stress of part of the lifting points of a reinforcing steel bar component is large, and local deformation is caused is avoided, and the installation and adjustment time is shortened.

    本发明涉及桥梁施工技术领域,具体地指一种用于钢筋部品吊装的柔性吊具及吊装方法。悬挂梁与塔机动滑轮组固定连接;四组液压调位结构的上端分别固定于悬挂梁的四角;回转支撑横梁与四组液压调位结构的下端连接;回转结构安装于回转支撑横梁上;回转十字横梁的中间连接于回转结构;支撑挂架固定连接于回转十字横梁的下端面,支撑挂架上布置有多个位置可调的吊点;吊索结构与吊点一一对应,吊索结构上端连接吊点,吊索结构下端用于连接钢筋部品;液压平衡结构设置于吊索结构上。本发明的吊具吊装的精度极高,且避免了因为吊点多而产生的各个吊点受力不均衡,从而导致钢筋部品部分吊点受力大产生局部变形的情况,减少了安装调节时间。
