A point A (2) is determined, the length L of the fender material end sealing plate raw material (1) is measured backwards from the corner position, L = 1.5 * b, and a point B (3) is obtained; connecting a straight line through the point A (2) and the point B (3), making an angular bisector of an included angle between the line A and the line B and the free edge (13) of the raw material, extending the angular bisector on the fender material end sealing plate raw material (1) to obtain a point C (10), cutting a part I (5) on the outer side of the line C of the fender material end sealing plate raw material (1), and cutting a part II (6) on the outer side of the fender material end sealing plate raw material (1) according to the connecting line of the point A (2) and the point C (10) to obtain a fender material end sealing plate finished product (7). According to the ship fender material structure and the manufacturing method of the ship fender material end sealing plate, square corners in the end inclined cutting area of the steel fender material are eliminated, stress concentration is avoided, and the overall structural strength and driving safety of a ship are improved.

    本发明属于舰船技术领域的舰船护舷材端部封板制作方法,本发明还涉及一种舰船护舷材结构。确定A点(2),在护舷材端部封板原材(1)自边角位置往回测量长度L,L=1.5*b,得到B点(3);通过A点(2)和B点(3)连接直线,作AB线与原材自由边(13)的夹角的角平分线,角平分线延长在护舷材端部封板原材(1)得到C点(10),将护舷材端部封板原材(1)的BC线外侧部位Ⅰ(5)切割,按A点(2)与C点(10)连线切割护舷材端部封板原材(1)外侧部位Ⅱ(6),得到护舷材端部封板成品(7)。本发明的舰船护舷材结构及舰船护舷材端部封板制作方法,消除钢质护舷材端部削斜区域的方角,避免应力集中,提高舰船整体结构强度和行驶安全性。
