A special detection device does not need to be additionally arranged, the MCU of the digital power distribution module can be used for detecting the voltage of the low-voltage storage battery in the vehicle standing state, whether the low-voltage storage battery lacks electricity or not is judged according to the voltage, and then electric quantity management on the low-voltage storage battery is achieved; the condition that the low-voltage storage battery of the vehicle is lack of electricity is effectively avoided, the maintenance cost of the low-voltage storage battery is reduced, and normal operation of the vehicle is prevented from being affected by the lack of electricity of the storage battery.
