The winding stator comprises a machine base and a winding iron core, the winding iron core is arranged on the machine base in a sleeving mode, the winding iron core comprises an enameled wire, a wire sleeve, an iron core tooth part and an iron core yoke part, the wire sleeve is arranged on the iron core tooth part in a sleeving mode, the enameled wire is wound around the wire sleeve, and the iron core tooth part and the iron core yoke part are arranged on the machine base. And the plurality of iron core tooth parts are arranged on the iron core yoke part at equal intervals. According to the winding stator and the traction machine thereof, the plurality of iron core tooth parts are installed on the iron core yoke part at equal intervals, and the iron core tooth parts are installed in a sliding groove mode during installation, so that the matching precision is high, and it is guaranteed that the size precision of the inner circle and the outer circle of the winding stator is high after installation is completed; and the enameled wire can be directly wound on the wire sleeve and then assembled on the tooth part of the iron core, so that the insulating property is improved, and the winding efficiency of the enameled wire is also improved.

    本发明涉及一种绕线定子及其曳引机,包括有机座和绕线铁芯,所述绕线铁芯套设于所述机座上,所述绕线铁芯包括有漆包线、线套、铁芯齿部和铁芯轭部,所述线套套设于所述铁芯齿部上,所述漆包线绕设于所述线套上,多个铁芯齿部等距安装于所述铁芯轭部上。上述绕线定子及其曳引机,采用多个铁芯齿部等距安装于铁芯轭部上,且安装时采用滑槽的方式安装,配合精度高,保证安装完成后的绕线定子内外圆的尺寸精度高,线套采用一体成型工艺,漆包线可直接绕制在线套上再进行装配到铁芯齿部上,即提高了绝缘性能,又提升漆包线的绕制效率。
