The invention relates to an optical storage vehicle network cooperative regulation and control method and device. The method comprises the following steps: obtaining a DC bus voltage of an optical storage DC flexible charging station; comparing the direct-current bus voltage with a preset voltage threshold value, and determining a voltage section where the direct-current bus voltage is located; determining a corresponding preset regulation and control strategy according to the type of power supply equipment of the optical storage direct-current flexible charging station and the voltage section where the direct-current bus voltage is located; and regulating and controlling the power supply equipment according to the preset regulation and control strategy. According to the invention, the technical problems of poor energy-saving and consumption-reducing effects and high infrastructure construction cost of a traditional electric vehicle charging station construction scheme can be solved.

    本发明涉及一种光储车网协同调控方法及其装置,包括以下步骤:获取光储直柔充电站的直流母线电压;将所述直流母线电压与预设电压阈值进行比较,确定所述直流母线电压所处的电压区段;根据光储直柔充电站的电源设备的类型,以及所述直流母线电压所处的电压区段确定对应的预设调控策略;根据所述预设调控策略对电源设备进行调控。通过本发明,能够解决传统电动车充电站建设方案节能降耗效果不佳、基础设施建设费用高的技术问题。
