The invention discloses a novel flame-retardant cable which comprises an outer sheath, an aerogel supporting framework and at least one conductor, the aerogel supporting framework axially extends and is arranged in the outer sheath, at least one containing cavity is formed in the inner space of the outer sheath, and at least one conductor is arranged in the at least one containing cavity. According to the novel flame-retardant cable disclosed by the invention, in the charging process of the cable, a combustion accident also occurs due to overhigh temperature of the conductors, in the novel flame-retardant cable, by arranging the aerogel supporting framework, the positive electrode conductor and the negative electrode conductor can be separated, mutual influence of heat generated by the positive electrode conductor and the negative electrode conductor in the charging process is prevented, and an insulating layer on the outer sides of the conductors is prevented from being damaged; short circuit between the positive conductor and the negative conductor is prevented; meanwhile, when the cable is spontaneously combusted, the aerogel material can isolate high-temperature energy instantly released by the conductor, and the effect of preventing combustion is achieved.

    本发明公开了一种新型阻燃线缆,包括,外护套,气凝胶支撑骨架和至少一根导体,所述气凝胶支撑骨架轴向延伸设置在所述外护套内,并将所述外护套的内部空间形成至少一个容置腔,至少一个所述容置腔中设置有至少一根所述导体。根据本公开的一种新型阻燃线缆,线缆在充电过程中,也会因导体温度过高发生燃烧事故,本发明中,通过设置气凝胶支撑骨架,可将正极导体,负极导体分隔,防止二者在充电的过程中,产生热量的相互影响,损坏导体外侧的绝缘层,防止正极导体与负极导体之间发生短路;同时,在线缆自燃时,气凝胶材料可以隔离导体瞬间释放的高温能量,起到阻止燃烧的作用。
