The invention discloses a gas-liquid separator for an automobile air conditioner heat pump system and a manufacturing method. The gas-liquid separator comprises an upper end cover, a separator body, a gas guide component, a liquid dispersing cup and a drying bag. The container body is a container with an opening in the top, and the upper end cover is fixed to the opening in the top of the container body and forms a closed container with the container body. And an air inlet and an air outlet are formed in the upper end cover. The air guide component comprises an air inlet pipe, an air outlet pipe, a fixing support and a filter. The air inlet pipe and the air outlet pipe are fixed through a fixing support to form a coaxial pipe. The top end of the air inlet pipe penetrates through the liquid dispersing cup and is fixed with the air outlet of the upper end cover. The drying bag is fixed outside the air inlet pipe. The filter is fixed at the bottom end of the intake pipe. An oil suction hole is formed in the bottom end of the air inlet pipe and used for recycling the oil medium accumulated at the bottom of the device body. According to the gas-liquid separator, the gas-liquid separator in the form of a coaxial tube is formed by using an integral forming processing mode, so that the processing procedure can be simplified, and the cost can be reduced.

    本发明公开了一种用于汽车空调热泵系统的气液分离器及制作方法,该气液分离器包括上端盖、器体、导气部件、散液杯和干燥包。所述器体为顶部开口的容器,上端盖固定在器体顶部的开口处,与器体形成密闭容器。所述上端盖上开设有进气孔和出气孔。所述导气部件包括进气管、出气管、固定支架和过滤器。进气管与出气管通过固定支架固定,形成同轴管。进气管的顶端贯穿散液杯后与上端盖的出气孔固定。干燥包固定在进气管外部。过滤器固定在进气管底端。进气管底端设置有吸油孔,用于回收存积在器体底部的油介质。本发明使用一体成型的加工方式,形成同轴管形式的气液分离器,可以简化加工程序,降低成本。
