The invention discloses an interlocking control circuit and a twin-tower crane. The interlocking control circuit is applied to the twin-tower crane, the twin-tower crane comprises a main tower and an auxiliary tower, and the interlocking control circuit comprises a main tower control unit arranged on the main tower; the auxiliary tower control unit is arranged on the auxiliary tower; the interlocking switching unit is arranged on the main tower and is respectively communicated with the main tower control unit and the auxiliary tower control unit; the interlocking switching unit is used for receiving a machine locking signal input from the outside and sending the machine locking signal to the main tower control unit and the auxiliary tower control unit; under the condition that the locking signal indicates the first state, the main tower control unit is used for controlling the main tower to start, and the auxiliary tower control unit is used for forbidding the auxiliary tower to start; and under the condition that the locking signal indicates the second state, the main tower control unit is used for forbidding starting of the main tower, and the auxiliary tower control unit is used for controlling starting of the auxiliary tower. By means of the circuit design, electrical interlocking of the main tower and the auxiliary tower is achieved, and the operation safety of the double-tower crane is improved.
