The invention discloses an electromagnetic piston sucker chain wheel which comprises electromagnetic piston chain wheel units, connecting hinges, gears and other parts, and the chain wheel is formed by assembling a plurality of units. Electromagnetic force is applied to the suction cups according to the pseudo-vacuum principle, large pressure is provided for the suction cups in the presence of pseudo vacuum, each suction cup makes full contact with a motion plane to generate strong friction force to offset the gravity effect, and a chain wheel can be stably attracted to the motion plane. Due to the circular design of the straight notch type design, the contact number of the suction cups and the plane is increased, and it is guaranteed that the chain wheel has higher adsorption force. The replaceable and assemblable design is adopted, the use range of the chain wheel is greatly enlarged, the suction cups and the nail plates are used alternately, and meanwhile the electromagnetic force is adjusted and controlled, so that the chain wheel can be flexibly adjusted and controlled according to different working conditions.

    本发明公布了一种电磁活塞吸盘链轮,其包括:电磁活塞链轮单元,连接铰链,齿轮等零件,链轮由多个单元装配组成。本发明利用伪真空原理为吸盘施加电磁力,伪真空的存在给吸盘提供了很大的压力,每个吸盘和运动平面充分接触使其产生强大的摩擦力以用于抵消重力作用,使链轮能够稳定地吸附在运动平面上。直槽口型设计由于圆形设计,增加了吸盘与平面接触数量,保证链轮有更强大的吸附力。可更换、可装配设计,使链轮使用范围大大增大,吸盘和钉板交替是使用,同时结合对电磁力的调控,即可使其根据不同工况灵活调控。
