The invention discloses an aircraft braking system, and particularly relates to an aircraft anti-skid braking control system based on a DSP + FPGA hardware architecture. The anti-skid braking system for the airplane is core airborne equipment of an airplane braking system, and is important guarantee equipment for safe operation of landing, sliding, ground sliding and takeoff control of the airplane; when a pilot steps on a pedal, a brake command sensor connected with the pedal outputs a voltage signal, namely a brake control signal, of which the amplitude is in direct proportion to the displacement of the pedal. After the signal is processed by the anti-skid brake control device, on one hand, an unlocking signal is given out to open the electromagnetic hydraulic lock, and oil inlet of the pressure servo valve is connected; and meanwhile, a current signal in direct proportion to the displacement of the pedal is output to the servo valve, so that the servo valve outputs brake pressure in direct proportion to the displacement of the pedal to the airplane wheel brake device, and the airplane wheel is braked. The safe, high-performance and stable work of the anti-skid aircraft braking system is the key of completing a braking task by the aircraft braking system. The invention provides an aircraft brake control system based on a DSP (Digital Signal Processor) + FPGA (Field Programmable Gate Array) hardware platform. The brake can be used for normal braking, anti-skid braking, take-off line stopping braking and landing gear folding braking of an airplane.
本发明公开一种飞机刹车系统,具体涉及一种基于“DSP+FPGA”硬件架构的飞机防滑刹车控制系统。所述飞机防滑刹车系统是飞机制动系统的核心机载设备,是飞机着陆滑跑、地面滑行、起飞操纵安全运行的重要保障设备;当飞行员踩动脚踏板时,与脚踏板相连的刹车指令传感器输出幅值与踏板位移成正比的电压信号,即刹车控制信号。该信号经防滑刹车控制装置处理后,一方面给出开锁信号,令电磁液压锁打开,接通压力伺服阀的进油;同时又输出同踏板位移成正比的电流信号给伺服阀,使伺服阀输出同踏板位移成正比的刹车压力至机轮刹车装置,对机轮进行制动。防滑飞机刹车系统的安全、高性能、稳定的工作是飞机刹车系统完成刹车任务的关键。本发明基于“DSP+FPGA”硬件平台提出了一种飞机刹车控制系统;可用于飞机的正常刹车、防滑刹车、起飞线停机刹车、起落架收上刹车。
