The transmission mechanism comprises an output shaft, a lead screw assembly, a coupling and a shifting fork assembly, the lead screw assembly comprises a lead screw and a nut, and the nut is arranged on the lead screw in a sleeving mode and moves in the length direction of the lead screw when the lead screw rotates; the axial direction of the coupler is perpendicular to the length direction of the lead screw. The end, away from the lead screw assembly, of the coupler is connected with the output shaft. The shifting fork assembly comprises a connecting rod and a single shifting fork which are connected in an inserted mode, one of the single shifting fork and the connecting rod is connected with the nut, and the other one is connected with the end, close to the lead screw assembly, of the coupler. When the nut reciprocates along the lead screw, the shifting fork assembly drives the coupling and the output shaft to swing and rotate in a reciprocating mode within a preset angle range. According to the invention, the problems of large size, heavy weight, complex structure, high assembly difficulty and low assembly efficiency of the rudder shaft transmission mechanism of the unmanned aerial vehicle in the prior art can be solved.
