The double-flow-channel two-stage efficient low-noise underwater propeller comprises a driving shaft, a rotating shaft, an outer guide pipe, an outer flow channel stator and an inner flow channel guide pipe, the driving shaft drives a first rotor and an input shaft of a planetary gear accelerator, an output shaft of the planetary gear accelerator is connected with the rotating shaft, and the first rotor is located at an inlet of the outer guide pipe; the outer flow channel stator is located at an outlet of the outer guide pipe and fixed between the outer guide pipe and the inner flow channel guide pipe, the rotating shaft sequentially penetrates through the inner flow channel supporting frame hub, the second rotor and the stator hub, the rotating shaft is connected with the inner flow channel supporting frame hub and the stator hub in a rotating pair mode, and the rotating shaft is in key connection with the second rotor. An inlet of the inner flow channel guide pipe is located at an outlet of the first rotor, an inner flow channel supporting frame is installed between the inner flow channel guide pipe and the inner flow channel supporting frame hub, and an inner flow channel stator is installed between the inner flow channel guide pipe and the stator hub. Flow noise in the inner flow channel and working noise of all parts are shielded, and the running speed and thrust are improved.

    本发明涉及一种双流道双级高效低噪水下推进器,包括驱动轴、旋转轴、外导管、外流道定子和内流道导管,驱动轴驱动第一转子和行星齿轮加速器的输入轴,行星齿轮加速器的输出轴与旋转轴连接,第一转子位于所述外导管的进口处,外流道定子位于外导管的出口处,且固定在外导管和内流道导管之间,旋转轴依次穿过内流道支撑架轮毂、第二转子和定子轮毂,旋转轴与内流道支撑架轮毂和定子轮毂转动副连接,旋转轴与第二转子键连接,内流道导管的进口位于第一转子的出口,内流道导管和内流道支撑架轮毂之间安装有内流道支撑架,内流道导管和所述定子轮毂之间安装有内流道定子。本发明屏蔽了内流道中的流动噪声和各部件的工作噪声,提升了运行速度和推力。
